Joseph J. Bunta: President
Joe founded Nexus Solutions, Inc. in January of 2005. Joe is a Management Consultant with over 14 years
of experience working exclusively in the construction industry. He is a recognized leader and industry
expert in the construction field. His wide range of experience includes human resource management,
executive selection, organizational assessment, strategic development, executive coaching, and market
identification.
Prior to establishing Nexus Solutions, Inc., Joe was a Business Unit Leader with an executive search firm
based in Pittsburgh, PA. During his tenure there he developed a specialty niche recruiting for concrete
and specialty contractors nationwide. Joe is an active participant as well as presenter at various industry
conferences. He is a graduate of Washington & Jefferson College, with a Bachelor's Degree in Political
Science.

R. Jason Weiss, Ph.D.
Jason Weiss has ten years of experience in the design and delivery of HR solutions for hiring and
development. Before partnering with Nexus, Jason worked at a major international HR consulting firm
in research and development, and as a delivery consultant working directly with clients. An award-
winning innovator, Jason developed a number of client-focused solutions, and worked closely with
software development teams to design enterprise-class tools for competency modeling, assessment,
and development. Jason also developed standard assessment centers used to evaluate thousands of
leaders worldwide, as well as custom assessment centers for clients in industries as diverse as finance
and pharmaceuticals. On the research front, Jason has delivered two dozen professional conference
presentations on assessment centers and other topics at the annual meetings of the Society for
Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society, and others.
